Practice Description


Paramita Pangestu is a senior associate with  CHRISTIAN TEO PARTNERS, and a Legal Counsel and Advocate for the purposes of Indonesian law.


Paramita previously worked in the legal production department of Trans TV (National Television Station) with responsibilities covering TV programs, artists and talents contracts, before she joined the Firm in February 2005.


Paramita’s practice focuses on the Indonesian legal and commercial aspects of foreign and domestic investment, oil and gas, real estate and hotel transactions; advertising and entertainment; she assists in structuring and drafting joint venture, corporate and corporate-transaction documentation, corporate re-structuring, negotiating and drafting management agreements and acquisition documentation for hotels, resorts and residences and leading the team in conducting due diligence exercises.

Paramita Pangestu is admitted to practice law in Indonesia (2010). She obtained her law degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, Faculty of Law, (SH, 2003) where she was one of the top five graduates.
