Practice Description

Glenn Wijaya is an Associate at CHRISTIAN TEO & PARTNERS. In the Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector, he has been instrumental in guiding various clients through market entry into Indonesia and addressing licensing issues. He has assisted various clients in navigating the intricate regulatory framework in Trade/E-Commerce. 

Outside of his legal practice, he is active in mooting/law competitions, participating as a coach, a judge or an arbitrator. He has published writings and been quoted in some international and local media outlets in the spheres of various legal issues, most notably regarding data privacy and foreign investment.

Glenn Wijaya has been admitted to practice law in Indonesia as an Advocate since 2020. He obtained his Juris Master (J.M.) in Chinese Law from Tsinghua University, the People’s Republic of China (2022), Sarjana Hukum (S.H.) from Pelita Harapan University (2018) and LL.B. in International and European Law from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands (2013).
